Primary Role
The person in this position is responsible for coordinating and supporting the training activities offered by Origin, while contributing to the company’s business development and visibility.
Main Responsibilities
Training Management
- Plan, organize, and coordinate training sessions offered to clients.
- Manage registrations and follow up with participants.
- Prepare the documentation and materials needed for training sessions.
- Coordinate logistics for in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Maintain communication with clients before, during, and after training sessions.
- Be present during training sessions to ensure they run smoothly and provide support to trainers and participants.
- Issue certificates of participation and handle administrative follow-up.
- Compile participant evaluations and suggest areas for improvement.
- Ensure that training accreditations are maintained with the various organizations.
- Plan and update the training schedule.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the quality of training sessions.
Business Development
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities.
- Participate in customer retention initiatives.
- Keep customer information up to date in management tools
- Help organize company events.
- Represent Origin at training sessions, conferences, seminars, trade shows, and networking events.
- Assist in preparing promotional materials for events.
- Follow up with contacts made during events.
- Help prepare presentations, promotional materials, and tools for clients.
- Produce various reports and statistics related to training and business development.
- Perform any other related tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
Required Qualifications
- College diploma (DEC) in administration, business management, marketing, communications, or any other relevant field.
- At least five (5) years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in coordination, customer service, business development, or event planning.
- Experience in training or in a professional services environment (a plus).
- Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written;
- Very good command of Microsoft Office;
- A plus: experience in the legal, scientific, and/or insurance fields.

Working Conditions
- Permanent position: 35 hours per week – option to work remotely;
