Mr. Chamberland obtained, in 1996, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Université de Sherbrooke. Subsequently, he worked in Research and Development for domestic equipment and transport companies. He contributed to the development of a continuously variable transmission and their mathematical modeling.

In October 2007, he began his career in mechanical and fire investigation.

Mr. Chamberland completed several specialized training programs, earning the subsequent titles: Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator (NAFI-CVFI) and Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator (NAFI-CFEI). His assessments allow us to better understand the failure of residential and industrial appliances involved in fire cases. His substantial knowledge in mechanical physics is an important asset to Origin’s team.

Mr. Chamberland testifies as an expert witness in court of law.
