Mr. Fournier has a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering. As a forensic engineer, he directs investigations at accident sites and prepares expertise reports.
He also conducts studies and laboratory tests to validate his hypotheses as to the nature and cause of the incident.
To date, Mr. Fournier has completed over one thousand investigations.
