Charles Poupart, P.Eng., M.Eng.

Drawing on his diverse experience and extensive knowledge of the construction industry, Charles has been instrumental in the significant growth of our civil engineering services.

As part of his master’s degree in construction engineering, Charles published a thesis titled “Guide to the Inspection of Fire-Damaged Buildings for Use by Expert Witnesses: Development of an Adapted Method.”

With more than 27 years of experience in civil engineering—and more specifically in determining the causes of building and structural failures—he has gained solid and diverse expertise in the field. More recently, he has been working as a consulting expert specializing in building science for large-scale condominiums and commercial buildings. He is now a partner at Origin.
