Turnkey Service Residential Foundation Package

Le forfait « Fondation » propose l’inspection de la fondation d’un bâtiment résidentiel seulement à la suite d’un incendie.

L’objectif est de déterminer si la fondation est récupérable pour la reconstruction du bâtiment. Les experts en génie civil sont en mesure d’inspecter la fondation du bâtiment incendié afin de déceler les dommages par le feu affectant sa résistance et d’évaluer sa détérioration.

The package includes:

Examination of the premises;
Analysis of concrete cracking and spalling;
Analysis of the location of the damage and combustible materials in relation to the foundation position;
Preliminary non-destructive analysis of the foundation;
Review of applicable codes and standards;
Preparation of a succinct report that meets the requirements of municipalities, cities, and/or competent authorities.
